We are a young, dynamic, athletic community coming together to live and breathe our passion for our sport.

Lacrosse has existed in Belgium since 2001 thanks to a Canadian teacher who started a program at the International School of Brussels.

The Belgian lacrosse league started with the initiative of two brothers, Kevin and Kristof De Smet who founded the Red Rhinos club in January 2009. A few years later, Belgium Lacrosse, formerly known as the Belgian Lacrosse Federation was created. More than a decade later, Belgium Lacrosse is now comprised of 2 regional federations and 12 clubs.

Belgium Lacrosse is eager to continue to sustain the growth of Lacrosse in Belgium. Our goal is to ensure lacrosse can be accessible to all and enjoyed by as many people as possible.
